Not sure if therapy is right for you?

Working with me you’ll feel understood, not alone, and will get personalized support and a tailored approach based your individual needs and who you are. I have the info, but you are the expert of you.

Finding a therapist who resonates with you might take time, but is well worth the effort. My approach is not super fluffy with just the head-nodding and sympathetic looks (but I really do sympathize!), it’s collaborative, creative, and pays attention to the body. I picture myself rolling up my sleeves and saying “Let’s do this. I got you.”

Working with me you’ll get a safe space for any and all expression that you can’t share with family or friends. This can look like saying the really hard truth, or using non verbal creative outlets to give the pain somewhere to go.

Working with me, you’ll get tools for navigating the emotional and physical intensity of grief. Coping mechanisms, honoring memory, and techniques to balance intellectual and emotional aspects of grieving.

You’ll receive guidance towards growth and healing. I’ll help you rediscover joy, meaning, and purpose as you integrate the loss into your life story.

This is no doubt an investment in your future well-being. You’ll leave with a stronger sense of self and groundwork for a healthy emotional future.

This work is also a prevention of compounded issues. Untreated grief can lead to physical ailments, depression, and anxiety.
